It’s been a while since I posted but I just wanted to speak out and brag on the great work my team is doing ! When I started in August of 2023 we, like many other healthcare providers, had some staffing challenges. Chelsea Holmes, Amanda Jones, Keith Hendrix and Kim Phelps have been simply phenomenal in rising to the challenge to attract new talent to All Care Home Health, LLC.
Six months in, our staffing retention has stabilized and improved, all while growing the overall staff by 19%. As we near full occupancy, expansion efforts and exercises are in full swing with a strong growth horizon.
