All Care has been in business since 2010 serving the needs of seniors and adults with disabilities in Middle Georgia.  We have a proven track record of providing excellent care while allowing our clients the opportunity to be successful, independent members of their communities.We are licensed by Healthcare Facility Regulation (HFR) and Georgia Department of Community Health (DCH).We accept the following Medicaid waiver programs: All Care is owned and operated by Allen G. Freeman; he has actively served the Middle Georgia area his entire life from his days in the Boy Scouts to his service in our State Capitol.
