On October 16th 2024, All Care South put together a Fall Fashion Show for our individuals, staff and families. Our theme was, You Are Amazing just the Way you are. The individuals got to walk the runway in front of our guest, our families and friends.
The individuals were dressed in two different outfits an everyday fit then a semi-casual outfit. They each took turns walking the runway some being assisted by staff and others on their own. We had a professional photographer to come in and take pictures, the staff cooked the food, and sat the center up with the decorations.
Thanks to all the staff who allowed their kids to be apart of the show and to the house managers who went out to purchase their individuals clothing for this event. As always, thanks to the magnificent staff at the YOUniversity Tamika Williams and our newest member, Harmene McCloud for always being ready to help me pull off these events. To our amazing nurse Gera Tyson, for helping set up and allowing her kids to take part in the show, Macaela Burdon and her daughter, Tomeka Murphy, Kahleisia Thomas, Elyse Sinclair, and Shontika Stanley for making sure the individuals were groomed and ready to go. Also, a special thanks to our admin staff for always supporting the cause Kim Phelps and Marty Baker. Special thanks to are photographer Octavious Jackson for taking time to come and shoot our individuals.
We will keep striving to be the number one day center in South Georgia.
