All Care Home Health Appoints Richelle Gilmer as CEO to Lead Expansion and Enhance Services for Seniors and Adults with Developmental Disabilities
Macon, GA – January 5, 2026 – All Care Home Health, LLC, a trusted provider of care and support for seniors and adults with developmental disabilities, proudly announces the appointment of Richelle Gilmer as Chief Executive Officer.
Gilmer brings over a decade of leadership experience at All Care, most recently serving as Vice President of Finance. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in growing the organization from 25 employees in one location to more than 150 employees across two regions. After briefly serving as VP in another industry, Gilmer returned to All Care to continue advancing its mission.

A long-time Middle Georgia resident, Gilmer is a double Wesleyan Wolf, holding both a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Wesleyan College. She also brings extensive experience in operations, finance, and management.
