May was filled with beautiful sunny days, and our All Care YOUniversity participants took full advantage of the wonderful weather by spending time outside, enjoying community outings, and making special memories together.
One of the highlights of the month was our visit to Go Fish in Perry. Participants had the opportunity to feed the fish, enjoy the fishing simulators, and even reel in a huge swordfish through the interactive experience. The fun continued outside as our group fished for catfish in the pond. We caught several catfish and even a bass! Everyone had a wonderful time, and we are already looking forward to going back.
We also enjoyed a sunny day at the park, where participants had fun sliding down the slides, enjoying the swings, and spending time outdoors with friends. After playing and exploring, everyone gathered for a picnic lunch. It was the perfect way to enjoy a beautiful day together.
Of course, May also brought a few rainy days, so we made the most of our time indoors with fun activities. During one of our indoor outings, participants enjoyed playing several games of billiards at the South Bibb Recreation Center. It was a great way to stay active, socialize, and enjoy friendly competition.
We were also excited to welcome Ms. KeKe, who came in to play BINGO with us. She brought lots of yummy snacks for everyone to enjoy, making the day even more special. Our participants had a great time playing, laughing, and spending time together.
From fishing and picnics to billiards, BINGO, and snacks, May was full of fun, friendship, and meaningful moments at All Care YOUniversity. We are thankful for every opportunity to learn, explore, connect, and enjoy time together as a community.
