ALL CARE HOME HEALTH, LLC is a Private Home Care Provider licensed by the State of Georgia serving Seniors and Adults with Disabilities in their own homes. The company was founded in 2010 by Allen and Angela Freeman and has grown to serve over 100 individuals and operates in 28 counties with an office in Macon and Moultrie, Georgia.
Paul Barkley, the former Chief Operating Officer of Atrium Health Navicent Baldwin has been tapped to head All Care as Chief Executive Officer. Paul served at Atrium, originally the Medical Center of Central Georgia, for over 32 years. He saw many changes, including mergers and acquisitions during his tenure. Paul will replace owner, Allen Freeman, as Mr. Freeman assumes the role of President of the Board.
